Publication Frequency

Pluralia: Journal of Religion and Society is published regularly by ASAI (Asosiasi Studi Agama Indonesia) / Association for the Study of Religions in Indonesia. The journal publishes two issues per year, in June and December.

Each issue contains scholarly articles in the fields of religious studies, religion and society, sociology of religion, anthropology of religion, Islamic studies, theology, cultural studies, media studies, digital religion, and related interdisciplinary areas.

Publication Schedule

Continuous Submission

Manuscripts may be submitted throughout the year through the journal’s online submission system. Accepted manuscripts will be scheduled for publication in the nearest available issue according to the editorial decision, revision process, copyediting, layout editing, and production schedule.

Editorial Commitment

The journal is committed to maintaining a regular publication schedule, transparent editorial management, and rigorous peer-review standards. The publication schedule may be adjusted only when necessary to ensure the academic quality, ethical integrity, and editorial readiness of the published articles.
